BIT has several options for technical support for its clients that should meet any situation. Weather it is a support package or just normal website support we can support your needs.

 

 

Monthly Website Maintenance Package

 Support includes Website Backup, and Website Technical Support 8-5 PM during normal business hours of 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday

 Normal Non-Package technical support

 

For normal business hours of 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday: $75 per Hour

*billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
This fee includes any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem.

After Hour and Weekend technical support

 

8AM-5PM Monday - Friday: $115 per Hour

*billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
This fee includes any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem.
